The Delco Training Center offers a diverse program of classes catering to individual needs. Within each class, students may be grouped according to age, size, skill or strength, flexibility and the ability to master certain skills. Taking this into account, we must realize that one lesson a week is not always sufficient to develop the strength and concepts. For this reason, it may be recommended that some students come two times per week. Strength and confidence in the basic skills is a safety measure and will enhance the learning of more advanced skills. Please direct any and all questions to our staff.
