Boys & Girls Gymnastics

Delco offers gymnastics instructions for girls & boys beginner to advance. These classes are designed to progressively develop basic skill technique, as well as to improve balance, strength, flexibility and general coordination.
 
Dress Code:  All girls must wear body suits.  NO crop tops or sports bras. 
T-shirts and shorts for boys.  NO socks or sneakers, NO jewelry. 
Long hair must be pulled up and off the face.

Pre-School Gymnastics
The Pre-school Fitness classes are designed to help each child develop physical awareness and large motor coordination. Delco Training Center seeks to provide your child with the opportunity for a positive learning experience. Our philosophy is to give each child the chance to explore a variety of movement concepts in a safe and positive learning environment. The program seeks to develop self-concept to give an introduction to basic fundamental movement skills during developmental stages.
